A quiz code is not working
Confirm that the code has six letters or numbers and that the creator successfully published the quiz. Ask them to retry publishing if the quiz was saved only on their device.
Google or Apple sign-in fails
Check your connection, confirm the provider account works on the device, and use the latest Quizbud build. Provider sign-in is not simulated; Firebase must be configured in the installed build.
Pair mode is not connecting
Both people need separate signed-in accounts. The host creates the code and the guest joins it. A host cannot join their own Pair code, and a code cannot accept a different guest after pairing.
Purchase or restore issue
First use Restore Purchases in the app. Confirm you are signed into the same Apple or Google account used for purchase. Store billing is handled by Apple or Google; entitlement delivery is supported through RevenueCat.
